Amada Laser
6,000 watt and 4,000 watt Amada laser with
sheet capacity of 80x160 inches. Nemesis
Metals has the largest laser in the State of
Wisconsin. The 6,000 watt is the largest in
the Mid – West. This laser is capable of
powering through 1" steel plate or cutting
intricate designs into paper thin metal
artwork it can cut aluminum up to ½ inch,
and stainless steel up to 1 inch thick. This
is a very complete cutting device. The
speed of these Lasers will help keep the
pricing competitive in the market place. |

Amada Press Brakes HFE 2404, HDS 1703 and HDS 8025
Our Amada 2404 press brake is over 14 feet long with
more than a 240 tons capability. European tooling
combined with a 7 axis design allows us
precise bends and product consistency part
after part. We also have the New HDS
8025 and the HDS1703. ( 88 ton &
185 ton capability brakes) These two new
brakes are the next generation press brakes and can hold
precise tolerances. |

Welding
We have complete welding capabilities.
Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum
in both MIG - TIG and Spot Welding
processes. From single prototypes to large
production runs, we can weld it. |

Fabrication
We offer complete fabrication capabilities.
Saw cutting, drilling, countersinking,
tapping, metal finishing, Rolling,
Machining, Inserting Hardware (pem machine)
and powder coating. |
